Welcome to the official website of the Ukrainian Students for Freedom NGO (hereinafter referred to as the “Organization” or “we” or “USF”). Please read these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) carefully before using the studfreedom.org website.

1.1. This site was created to inform the public about the Organization’s activities, announce events, distribute educational materials, and attract new participants.

6.4. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of use of the relevant payment system. The Organization is not responsible for technical errors on the part of payment services.

7. The procedure for collecting, processing, and protecting your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

8. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the website shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement can be reached, in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
