Ivan was born and raised in Uzhhorod, where he graduated from school No. 3 in 2022. In the same year, he entered Uzhhorod National University to study Political Science. He is a member of the student council and deputy chairman of the Scientific Society of the Faculty of Social Sciences. He became interested in politics, philosophy, and economics in high school, which led him to the ideas of libertarianism and to the Ukrainian Students for Freedom. He joined the USF in 2024.

Anton Radko is an activist of the Uzhgorod branch of the USS. He graduated from Mukachevo Secondary School No. 1, I-III years. In 2021, he is studying for a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the Uzhhorod National University. He is the operations manager of the Mukachevo branch of the «Zahody» NGO and the chief coordinator of the «School of Emotional Happiness» NGO. In 2021-2023, deputy and head of the Scientific Society of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Uzhhorod National University. Since July 2023, he has been a member of the executive committee of the NGO «Ukrainian Students’ Association». He completed an internship at the Uzhhorod City Council. Was a member of many forums. He has completed many trainings in project management, teamwork, and community work, which is confirmed by certificates. He has more than 10 scientific publications on political science topics.
