His name is Volodymyr Poterayko. He was born in the city of Irpin. He was the president of his school, then became the chairman of the city’s council of leaders. After graduation, Volodymyr moved to Lviv to enter the Ukrainian Catholic University. While studying at UCU, he was involved in social activities and was a member of many student organizations. Now Volodymyr is the head of the NGO Free Space.
