Volodymyr Kulinich is an activist of the USF. He was active from an early age, was a deputy in his school in Kyiv, took an active part in the activities of student self-government, in the year 16 he joined the model movement in Ukraine, the activities of the public organization “Sixth Government”, then “СІМ” during his active activities in public organizations became a project manager for educational projects with the support of UNICEF, Kharkiv City Council… In the 20th year, he became a student at UAL, where he was the head of the sports department, organized a half-marathon in Lviv and made an all-Ukrainian educational project for teenagers. In the 21st year, he entered the Kyiv School of Economics, majoring in business economics, where he still develops student self-government in the 2082 debate club. During the full-scale war, he worked for 4 months as the head of the humanitarian staff of SpivDia Kyiv. He is currently implementing grant projects with UNICEF in the field of education
