Volodymyr was born and grew up in the city Dnipro. After graduation from a local school in 2021, he entered the Alfred Nobel University, specialty “Political Science”, but a year later he transferred to the same specialty at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Joined USF in the summer of 2022 after completing the Leadership Program. He is a valid member of the international youth organization European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN).

For me, USF is a motivation to act for the development of myself and society. This community of incredible people leaves no doubt that the activists movement in Ukraine is in good hands.
