Volodymyr was born in Mykolaiv, where he received the basis of his education. He graduated from Mykolaiv Gymnasium No. 2, having already shown a great interest in knowledge and a willingness to travel. This interest influenced his future path. After graduation, Volodymyr decided to expand his horizons and entered Kyiv National Economic University to study International Economics. During his studies, he received an offer to work at Ernst & Young (EY), a large international audit firm. He accepted the opportunity and has been working as an auditor in this company, where he has proven himself as a professional and expert in financial audit and consulting. He obtained the international certification CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), which emphasized his professional competence. Along with his work at EY, Volodymyr decided to develop his knowledge in the field of public policy. He enrolled in the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) for a master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance to understand the impact of economic decisions on society and to contribute to improving public governance in Ukraine.
