Vladyslav is a USF activist. Since 2021, he has been studying at the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute», majoring in IT. He joined the libertarian movement in the summer of 2023 when he learned about the USF organization.
