‘The expression “trends we don’t like prevail while we keep silent” in my understanding is inextricably linked to freedom. The freedom to choose the world I live in, to be a full-fledged participant in it, to show determination and courage in the face of destructive processes. And occasionally, on the contrary, openness to being wrong. It is through the expression of our own opinions that we encounter the response of others – support, disagreement, opposition; it is in this process that we interact with the world and find our own place.’
