Vladyslav is a USF activist. He grew up in Fastiv, where he studied until the 9th grade. He graduated from high school in Kyiv. From 2021 to 2025, he studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, majoring in Computer Science. He learned about the organization in the fall of 2021, but became more interested in the libertarian movement in 2023 after the “Mises Talks” event in Kyiv. Since 2024, he has been an activist of the organization and participates in USF projects as a volunteer.
