Vitalii was born in Chisinau, Moldova. In 2012, he and his family moved to Ukraine, where they now live in Kriviy Rig. From school age, he was interested in social activities and journalism. In 2020 he became a student of the State University of Economics and Technology, studying Public Administration. Learned about USF through the Student Model Congress event. As a result, the ideas of libertarianism and the activities of Ukrainian Students for Freedom became especially interesting for Vitalii.
