Victor was born and brought up in the city of Chervonohrad, which he calls the capital of the world. In school he volunteered on an array of diverse projects, was a member of a local youth centre, attended sessions and training camps held by EYP Ukraine.
After leaving school he went to Kyiv to search for himself. Now he studies teaching the English and Turkish languages.

Studentship is a cradle of changes of all times and peoples. I am happy to form the future of my country along with Ukrainian Students for Freedom. It is a powerful platform for self-development and achieving crucial for Ukraine goals. Our country has an immense potential of creative and indifferent people. I am sure that USF will be of great help in building of free society.
