Viktor was born in a small town Husiatyn, Ternopil oblast, where studied 11 years. There he learned to play reed pipe, and then trombone. After that he was absorbed into aeromodelling and later on into karting, where helped to assemble the very first cars for the circle. He chose Public Administrationat Kiyv-Mohyla Academy for the bachelor’s degree, where he is studying at the moment. Learned about the USF from his mate in university.

‘For me, liberty is the principle. Being free in every single area in my life is my aspiration and motivation to move forward. In USF I have found people with similar values, which will help even in the most complicated situation.’
