In 2021, she graduated from the grammar school with honors and entered the National University «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy» to study on the Bachelor program, «Political Science». Education helps her to comprehensively answer questions about the surrounding reality, and also provides a toolkit for researching Ukrainian society. Also, for a long time, Ulyana was in search of her value compass, but at the age of 16 she came across Friedrich von Hayek’s work “The Road to Slavery” and became imbued with the ideas of individual and economic freedom. Also, for a long time, Uliana had been in search of her value system, but at the age of 16 she came across F. A. Hayek’s work “The Road to Serfdom” and became imbued with the ideas of individual and economic freedom.
Uliana is now striving to develop in the field of political reporting and journalism, because she has had a desire to write since childhood. She is the co-founder and co-editor-in-chief of the «Responsibility Zone» telegram channel, which, together with the team, aims to develop into an online edition that promotes the ideas of the individual freedom and responsibility.

My best friend introduced me to USF back in the autumn of 2021. When I heard about a libertarian initiative in Ukraine, I immediately wanted to join it, because for a long time I felt lonely due to the lack of like-minded people, those for whom the sacred word “Freedom” is not an empty sound. USF has cemented my opinion that students are the driving force behind changes in society and the country, and that is why I feel highly inspired and want to work for the realization of my ideals. I hope this inner fire never fades out.
