Timur is an USF activist. He was born in Kropyvnytskyi, where he became interested in the ideas of freedom. After he had finished school, he entered the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Philosophy). Already in Kyiv, he got to know the members of the USF and set himself the goal of joining it, which corresponds to his values. In the end, it happened in 2023.

«USF is a public organization that gives people in different parts of Ukraine the opportunity to unite under common ideals and for a common goal. These ideals are ideas of freedom, both political and economic, as well as individual. All members of the USF set themselves the goal of unceasing development of themselves, as well as the development of Ukraine, its improvement according to the ideology of libertarianism».
