Sviatoslav was born in the picturesque city of Rohatyn in the Carpathian region of Ukraine. He grew up in Ivano-Frankivsk, where he finished school and received extracurricular education at the city’s Youth Club. He graduated from the Precarpathian National University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and switched to a master’s degree in statistics at the same university. In 2022-2023, he interned at the Carpathian Institute of Analytics.

Sviat likes combining physical and intellectual activity, so he considers sports the best option for his free time: he loves table tennis, chess, and football. And if he has more than one free day, you can be sure that he will go on a trip somewhere.

Sviatoslav’s liberal views were shaped back in his school days, but they crystallized only when he joined the USF in 2023. Since joining the organization, he has actively participated and organized his community’s events!

‘Freedom is about simple things that can be expressed in one phrase: “You can do whatever you want, as long as it doesn’t affect other people.” In fact, the more times you read this phrase, the more senses and thoughts it evokes. And it is this process when a person begins to realize, to see information from a different angle each time – this is the result that is achieved when you are a Free Person. I am glad that such initiative communities as the USF have emerged in free Ukraine, and I am sure that such associations will create a successful future for Ukraine!’
