Ruslan learned about the USS twice – in 2020 at the “Liberty game” project in his native Kremenchuk, and in 2021 when he met USF members at a march in Lviv, where he was studying. After moving to Lviv, he began to engage in volunteering, public activity, and devoted time to student life. In 2022, he became a supporter and later took part in the USF Leadership Program and became an activist.
