Oleksandr is a 2nd year student majoring in Public Administration and Governance at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Born and raised in Kyiv, he learned about Ukrainian Students for Freedom from his friends from NaUKMA at the UA Taxes 2.0 forum, then decided to attend several events organized by USF, namely the Model Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the protest against russia at the UN, after which he decided to join USF.
