Nazar was born on March 3, 2001, in the city of Zolochiv, where he graduated in 2018. 2015-2018 – was the chairman of the student parliament. In 2018 he won the all-Ukrainian competition-defence of scientific works of members of the Academy of Sciences in the section of philosophy and social sciences. In 2018 he entered the historical faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University. He was the Deputy Chairman of the Student Parliament of the Faculty of History. In April 2020 he became a co-founder of the educational and social-historical project BREAKHISTORY.

Laconically, why did I join USF? The values ​​of this organization are dear to me. What are these values? Freedom of choice. I believe that everyone should choose how to live because this is his life. I believe that the USF is not just about legalizing cannabis or weapons. USS stands for the legalization of a truly free life for people.
