Magran was born in Aleppo, Syria, where he graduated from elementary school. In the summer of 2012, due to the civil war, he moved with his family to Ukraine, to his mother’s hometown, Kharkiv. In 2019, after graduating from high school, he entered the speciality “Architecture and Urban Planning” at the Kharkiv National University of Urban Economics named after Beketov. He joined the libertarian movement in 2019, actively communicating in the post-Soviet libertarian community. In the same year, he became a member of the German-Slavic archaeological expedition (KhNU named after VN Karazin) In 2020, he participated in the “School of the Legislator” from the Kharkiv branch of USF. Magran believes that urbanism and architecture can be not only left-wing. He is interested in archaeology, pixel art, animation and urban sketching.
