Lilia is an USF activist. She was born and raised in the city of Nikopol (Dnipro region), where she finished school. In 2020, she entered the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, specializing in Public Management. Since 2021, she has been a member of the ESTIEM student organization in the Kyiv local group. From July 2022 to July 2023, she was a member of the ESTIEM Board and held the position of Vice President of the HR Committee. In 2022, she became a scholarship holder of the Free Economy Institute’s annual program, where she became interested in and deepened her knowledge of libertarianism. She became part of the libertarian movement in the summer at the 2023 Leadership Program.
