Kostiantyn spent 15 years playing hockey, becoming a champion of Ukraine, winning multiple international tournaments, and spending one season in the USA, where he played for the East Coast Spartans in Boston, Massachusetts. As of 2024, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Management. Over the past five years, he has been actively involved in businesses and startups, with the last four years deeply engaged in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector. Kostiantyn co-founded OSTOLEX, where he leads a team of 15 people. Throughout his career, he has participated in nearly 30 hackathons and six case challenges organized by Big Four companies and venture funds. For the past six months, Kostiantyn has worked as a consultant at KPMG but plans to leave the company to fully dedicate himself to his entrepreneurial projects. Previously, he gained experience in business development and project management. In his free time, he plays guitar and has been a member of two rock bands.
