Ivan is a USF activist. He grew up in the city of Rivne, where he graduated from high school. Since 2019, he has been studying at the National University “Ostroh Academy” in the field of “International Relations”. He joined the libertarian movement in the summer of 2022 when he participated in the USF Leadership Program.
