Ihor was born and raised in Luhansk, but in 2014 he moved from there due to Russia’s war against Ukraine. He graduated from the school in Kharkiv. In 2018, Ihor entered Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. In August 2020, he became a participant of the Leadership Program conducted by the organization. Later Ihor joined Ukrainian Students for Freedom.

I believe that the fundamental value of every individual and society is freedom. In this context, I like the versatility of Ukrainian Students for Freedom members and the approach that created a free atmosphere within the team. I consider liberal reforms necessary for Ukraine, and Ukrainian Students for Freedom are the best and most sincere lobbyist for such changes.
