Yelyzaveta was born and grew up in Kyiv. During her school years, she was interested in public activism. Since the 9th grade, she has repeatedly organized and participated in the “Model United Nations” scientific and practical conferences, where she first got acquainted with the ideas of libertarianism. Since 2021 she has been studying Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She also participated in exchange programs at the University of Toronto and Vilnius University. In 2021, Yelyzaveta participated in the Leadership Program and joined Ukrainian Students for Freedom.

«For me, «Ukrainian Students for Freedom» is much more than any other student organization. When I took part in the leadership program for the first time, I was impressed by the people I met there. In addition to promoting the ideas of Freedom, USF provides many opportunities for student self-realization in various activities. I will put an effort into spreading the values of Freedom because I consider libertarianism the most effective strategy for our country’s development.
