Dmytro has a Master’s degree in law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is also a Vice-President of BETA Ukraine and a member of Liberal Democratic League of Ukraine. Dmytro found out about libertarian ideas in 2015 during Kyiv Liberty Classes. In 2017 Dmytro applied for a Campus Coordinator program and finally realized his libertarian nature. Since then Dmytro is a member of Ukrainian Students for Freedom.
