Anna is a USF activist. She grew up and lives in Kyiv, and is a second-year student at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, majoring in Marketing. In high school, she was a class leader and a member of the Solomyansky district student council, where she served as head of the socio-economic department. She got acquainted with the USF at a game organized by activists for student council members. In her first year of study, she joined East West Business. This student organization promotes the creative economy, where, after working on organizing events and filming podcasts, she became a community manager. In January 2024, while participating in the Startup Ecosystem accelerator program at KSE Business School, she founded her green tech startup, [NASIA]. After successfully graduating from the program, she continued her career at KSE Business School as a communications manager.

Freedom is not just a word; it is our foundation, our core value. To me, freedom is about personal autonomy. It is the ability to act without coercion, take responsibility for your own life, and grow in the direction you choose. As an activist with the Ukrainian Students for Freedom, I believe that liberal ideas can transform Ukraine for the better by encouraging people to seek and break free from the chains of fear. Where rules and restrictions prevail, there is no genuine curiosity or drive to create. USF stands for individualism and gives you the opportunity to be yourself in your own unique way — and that is what I value the most.
