Anna was born and raised in a small town in the Sumy region, where she finished school. She always studied well, since even then she realized that knowledge is the key to success. Then in 2019, Anna entered Sumy State University with a perspective speciality in international law. Since 2020 she has become an activist in the USF because she got into the Leadership Program 2020 and discovered the ideas of the libertarian movement. After that, she began to be actively engaged in public life, hold various events for students and spread ideas of freedom among young people.
Yes, freedom is a broad concept, but above all, it means responsibility. If a person fights for freedom without the feeling of responsibility, he/she turns into an animal controlled by instincts. If we talk about freedom in Ukraine, then we cannot consider ourselves as free as everyone says: no one counts on the opinion of the people. It even seems that the state’s citizens and the Ukrainian government are two separate worlds, although this government consists of the same people. So I want to say that freedom is important in our lives, but there is also a responsibility. USF members support the ideas of freedom.
