Anhelina was born in Varash, Rivne region. She was a member of the city’s youth council. She graduated from the Ukrainian Leadership Academy in 2021. Afterwards, she entered the Ukrainian Catholic University to study Cultural Studies.

‘For me, the values of freedom are the only way for Ukraine to succeed. I believe that conscious Ukrainian youth must be their ambassadors to study economics and join the rebuilding process. It is very important for us to think in order to build a value-based foundation for our common future.’
