Nazari was born in 2003 in the city of Vinnytsia, later moved to the city of Chernihiv. Before the full-scale invasion, he began studying at the Chernihiv Basic Medical College as a young medical practitioner. After the start of a large-scale commercial offer for myself, volunteering is a large sector in which we are actively engaged in active activities. I fell headlong into the development of youth through the public sector and became the founder of the NGO “Historical Club “Simargl”, which is engaged in the development and popularization of the history and culture of Ukraine and Chernihiv.
Later he coordinated anti-trafficking trainings in the Chernihiv region from the IOM. He was a member of the public organization “Ukrainian Monolith” in which he was engaged in projects aimed at psycho-emotional support of young people, organizing an all-Ukrainian intensive for psycho-emotional support. Subsequently, he became the chairman and founder of the Chernihiv debate center, which is aimed at the development of youth. In 2024, he discovered Ukrainian students for freedom, through the leadership program, which coincided with the values of freedom and libertarianism, and now he sees his development in this organization.
In 2025, he became an assistant to a deputy of the Chernihiv City Council.

For me, Ukrainian Students for Freedom is an organization that aligns with my principles and values. The values of freedom, which is focused on individualism, economic, psychological, social. I sincerely believe that it is freedom that will become the driver of Ukraine’s development through the unfolding of the potential of different people. Therefore, for me, Ukrainian students for freedom are an organization that is changing and will continue to change Ukraine for the better.

Valeriy is the most northern activist who is currently in the organisation. He comes from a small village in the Chernihiv region and periodically stays there. It was there that he inherited a love of freedom, autonomy, and independence. Libertarian ideas were the result of simple logical questions that boil down to one thing – ‘Why does someone have the right to control my life?’ The acquaintance with the USF was quick – it was the best NGO with ideas that were close to his heart.

Freedom for me is first and foremost a space for realising potential and searching for truth and ideals
